Why MFit Athletics?
We offer well-rounded workouts that target all major muscle groups while also teaching proper boxing techniques. Our training is completely safe for both kids and adults—perfect for anyone who wants to learn boxing or self-defense without the risk of injury. The training schedule rotates by day, featuring Boot Camp, Boxing, and FitBoxing sessions. We also offer an MMA Self-Defense group led by Coach Pavel.
Kids Classes
Our kids classes are fun and engaging, teaching boxing through playful fitness activities. Children build strength, speed, discipline, and confidence in a supportive environment. Classes are divided by age groups: 4–7 and 8–13 years old. Teens are welcome to join adult classes.

FITBOXING-BOOT CAMP GROUP CLASS
High-energy group sessions combining fitness and boxing designed to boost strength, improve endurance, and build confidence. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, you’ll enjoy high-energy workouts, great music, and a supportive community. Get in shape, learn real technique, and stay motivated together!

PRIVATE CLASS
Private training is individually tailored to meet each client’s specific needs, goals, fitness level, and preferences. It is especially beneficial for individuals recovering from surgery, navigating postpartum or perimenopausal transitions, or those seeking low-impact or highly targeted training programs.

I’m Mika — founder of MFit Athletics,
I’m a former world-class athlete with over 13 years of coaching experience. I specialize in coaching both adults and kids. I lead both group and private training programs, customized to fit each individual’s goals and fitness level.
